He has more than 20 years of post qualification experience in diversified fields of audit, finance, costing and financial due diligence of various large sized public and private entities.
He is a qualified cost and management accountant from (ICMAP) since 1999.
He has worked as Manager Audit and Consultancy for one of the top ranking audit firms during which he participated in audit and due diligence assignments.
He also worked for Pakland Cement Limited and Saadi Cement Limited and then Dewan Cement Limited.
He has also worked as group CFO of Dadabhoy Group of Companies.
He has represented the cement companies in All Pakistan Cement Manufacturing Association meetings.
He is with this project even before the incorporation of the company and he got the company incorporated and fulfilled all the responsibilities of CFO & Company Secretary to the satisfaction of the board of directors.
He has demonstrated his abilities in challenging situations.
He also worked as acting CEO of the company for a few years.
The powers of the Board have been seized with the appointment of M. Umair Bhaur as liquidator of the Company in compliance with the Companies Act 2017.
M. Umair Bhaur has assumed all the powers of liquidator in this capacity.
